Our goal is to minimize revisions by providing regular progress updates and maintaining open communication throughout the process. Although we strive for accuracy from the outset, if you’re dissatisfied at any stage, we’re glad to offer up to three revisions.

4. How is the payment process?

To start working on your project, we require an initial payment of 50% of the total cost. This payment is made through our secure payment platform, Stripe, which guarantees safe and secure transactions.Once the project is completed, the remaining 50% payment is made prior to final delivery.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of convenient payment methods, including major credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers. We use Stripe that ensures a fast, secure and hassle-free payment experience.

6. Are refunds available?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel your project, contact us and we will initiate the process of refunding all your money, which should be initiated within 2 business days. The payment platform supported by Stripe should return the money to your account within 15 business days.
